Setup Flow

  1. Install or update the Android app from this hub.
  2. Create a username/password account so the phone is registered as an account device.
  3. Generate an enrollment code in the app, then run the generated install command on the first machine.
  4. Open the terminal after the hub confirms the machine grant.

Scale Posture

This hub is the active control plane for app and daemon WebSockets. Static update mirrors can scale downloads, but active-active terminal routing still requires shared session state, pub/sub fanout, and deterministic daemon routing.
